Classes
Introductory Classes
- Ages 18 months - 3 years
- Classes include activities that encourage parent/child interaction and the development of motor skills. This is a fun way to exercise, develop body awareness, learn body positions and enjoy FUN, one-on-one time, with your little one!
- Ages 3 - 6 years
- PreK & KinderGym is an introduction to the sport of gymnastics through tumbling, balancing, strength and flexibility exercises. Focus is placed on improving motor skills and body awareness. Basic skill progressions are used to introduce vault bars, beam, and tumbling exercises.
- Since this class encourages independence, children work in small groups with coaches and classmates. Parents may view the lesson from our observation area.
- Participants must be at least three (3) years of age, potty trained - no pull ups or diapers! At this level, the children must be able to follow teacher instructions independently (without a parent) and stay engaged with their group.
Gymnastics Classes
- This lesson is perfect for children with little or no training who want to learn basic skills and proper gymnastics techniques. Classes are fun and progressive with an emphasis on building body awareness and learning introductory skills like rolling, handstands, cartwheels and much more.
- Classes include training on vault, bars, beam, tumbling, strength, and flexibility.
- Beginners who have some experience and understanding of basic skills and are familiar with gymnastic apparatus work in a separate "advanced" beginners group during class. Class placement will be determined by coaching staff.
- For the student with some experience and mastery of basic beginning skills.
- The class includes skill progression and lead-up drills for intermediate level gymnastics and includes training on vault, bars, beam, tumbling & floor exercise and trampoline.
- Team Prep and Intermediate classes prepare students for participation in our and Advanced Gymnastics programs. Class placement is determined by coaching staff based on performance and athlete safety.
Tumbling Classes
- Our tumbling only class (no gymnastics apparatus) is excellent for improving technique and mastering your tumbling skills.
- This class is a great as a primary course or as a compliment to your existing training and includes learning mastery of walkovers, handsprings and handspring series.
- Our tumbling only class is excellent for advanced tumblers working for mastery of technique on basic skills and development of long series.
- This is an excellent compliment for Team Prep training and for competitive gymnasts and cheerleaders.
- Training includes learning mastery of handspring series, aerials, layouts, fulls and beyond.
- Tumbling has become an important part of cheerleading performance. Learn to flip in the safety of our gym and with experienced gymnastics coaches.
- Upon the initial lesson, our coaches will evaluate your class placement to ensure a positive and progressive experience.
- Class includes tumbling, progressive drills, flexibility training and improving jump technique.
- Private Lessons are available for Beginner through Advanced level students ages 7-17. We also provide training for college-bound recruits and collegiate athletes working to learn and/or maintain skills. All private lessons are scheduled on an individual basis.
- In addition to group lessons, we offer private, semi-private, and squad lessons with training specific to your squad's needs. Our goal is to enhance overall gymnastics performance, tumbling skills, and cheer jumps in preparation for tryouts and competitions.
- Our air-conditioned facility is equipped with a spring floor system, tumble track, matted areas, and other training tools that enable our staff to correct and enhance tumbling, gymnastics, and/or cheerleading performance for each individual athlete.

Additional Classes
- Emphasis is placed on developing body awareness, balance, strength, and flexibility. Improved agility plays a key role in athletic success and can give players an edge over their competition.
- Classes also include basic tumbling skills and drills, trampoline, obstacles, and rope climbing. This class is excellent for enhancing overall athletic performance.
- Looking to improve your agility and athleticism? Get from home plate to 1st base faster; improve performance on the soccer field; enhance your first step and agility on the football field; show balance and athleticism on the basketball court.
- Our Ninja Kids class was developed for goal-oriented athletes looking to sharpen their performance by improving their speed, agility, flexibility, cardio endurance, strength, and balance. Circuits and obstacle courses are used to enhance overall athleticism. This workout is both FUN and challenging for both girls and boys!

- Athletes will be paired with a coach to help them reach their training goals. Private lessons are a great way for athletes at all levels (elementary, high school & college) to elevate their training and enhance progress! Please contact us for current availability!
Competitive Team Training Program
- USA Gymnastics Member Club currently offering USAG JO Levels 2 - 5, USAG XCEL Silver - Diamond & WPIAL Varsity Gymnastics grades 9-12.
- Progressive competitive program, positive environment and emphasis placed on achieving goals, discipline, hard work and teamwork to accomplish success as an individual and a team member.
- Participants must meet ASA's skill requirements necessary for competition to obtain a roster spot.
- Eligibility for this program is determined by our coaching staff. You must schedule an evaluation or speak to a Club Director for placement.
- Team Prep programs are also available.
- Our Team Prep program is designed to prepare experienced gymnasts for future competition.
- Training includes skill progressions on all events and and introduction to the event requirements necessary for participation in competition. Dance training is incorporated and used for floor exercise and beam choreography.
- Eligibility for this program is determined by our coaching staff. You must schedule an evaluation or speak to a Club Director for placement.
- Our Team Prep program is designed to prepare experienced gymnasts for future competition.
- Training includes skill progressions on all events and and introduction to the event requirements necessary for participation in competition. Dance training is incorporated and used for floor exercise and beam choreography.
- Team Prep is for current recreational members and by invitation only. Eligibility for this program is based on in-class performance and determined by our coaching staff.
Special Programs

We offer Adapted Gymnastics classes for children with special needs! This weekly workout is a great way for kids to get exercise, build confidence, and make new friends! Classes include obstacles courses, group games and focus on motor skills, social skills, communication. BSC, TSS, and Mobile Therapists are welcome to participate. Families may send copies of IEPs and/or PBSP for staff reference.
Our Adapted Gymnastics Summer Camps are amazing! Our campers can socialize, and grow their independence and confidence. Daily lesson plans include gymnastics, physical fitness, academic time, and much more. Ask us for more details about camp weeks in 2024!
Check out our NEW Adapted Fitness Program for Adults! This is a great way for adults to get exercise, improve physical fitness, build confidence, and make new friends! Focus is on cognitive development, gross and fine motor skills, agility, social skills and growing independence. DSP, BSC and mobile therapists are welcome to participate with their athletes.
